Privacy

The short version

We collect what we need to put a garment aside for you and tell you when to come get it. Nothing else. We don’t sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers, and there are no tracking pixels on this site.

What we collect

• When you reserve: your name, email address and phone number, the pieces you reserved, the pickup window you chose, and any note you added.
• When you pay online: a payment reference from Square. Your card number never touches this website — card entry happens on Square’s own secure checkout page.
• Automatically: ordinary web server logs (IP address, page requested, time) that our host keeps for security and troubleshooting.

Simply browsing the shop collects nothing about you. There is no account to create.

Cookies

One cookie, and only once you start a reservation: a short-lived security token that proves the form was submitted from this site and not from somebody else’s. It carries no personal information and expires within hours. There are no analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

Why we keep it

To hold your piece, to email you your confirmation, your pickup reminder and any change to your reservation, and to keep a record of the sale for the shop’s books and for the consignor whose garment it was. That’s the whole list.

Who else sees it

• Square processes card payments and sees what it needs to for that.
• Our email provider delivers your confirmation and reminder messages.

Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, share or trade your details, and we do not advertise to you based on them.

How long we keep it

Reservation and sale records are kept as long as the shop needs them for its accounts and for consignor payouts. If you’d like your contact details removed sooner, ask — see below.

Your reservation link

Your confirmation email contains a private link to your reservation. Treat it like a receipt: anyone with the link can view and cancel that reservation. Those pages are excluded from search engines.

Children

This site isn’t aimed at children and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Asking us anything, or asking us to delete something

Call the shop on 501-602-3066 during opening hours, or write to us at Encore Consignments, 102 Public Square, Berryville, AR 72616. Tell us what you’d like removed and we’ll take care of it, keeping only what we’re required to keep for tax and accounting.

Changes to this page

If what we collect ever changes, this page changes with it and the revision date above moves.
