Pickup only. We do not ship.

Everything on this site is collected in person at 102 Public Square, Berryville, AR 72616. We don’t post, courier or deliver, and there is no option to pay for shipping. If you can’t get to the shop, please don’t reserve the piece — call us and we’ll talk about it.

Every piece is one of one

This is a consignment shop. Each item is a single garment, sold as-is, in the condition described and photographed. There is no second one, no other size and no restock. We describe condition honestly; if something about a piece isn’t clear from the photos, call before you reserve.

Reserving

Reserving takes a piece off the floor and puts it aside under your name. You choose a pickup window up to 7 days ahead, and you may reserve up to 6 pieces in one order. The moment you reserve, the piece disappears from the site — nobody else can reserve it while it is yours.

How long we hold it

There are two rules, and which one applies depends on how you pay.

• Paid online: we hold it indefinitely. There is no expiry. It waits for you until you come and get it, however long that takes.
• Paying at the counter: the hold runs to close of business on your scheduled pickup day. If you haven’t collected it by the time we lock up that day, it goes back on the rack and back on the site.

If we’re unexpectedly closed on your pickup day — weather, illness, anything — your hold is not lost. It rolls forward to close of business on the next day we’re actually open, and we’ll email you to say so.

Changing or cancelling

Your confirmation email has a private link to your reservation. From there you can see it, pick a different pickup window, or cancel it. You can also just call the shop — 501-602-3066 — during opening hours. Cancelling puts the piece straight back on the site for somebody else.

Paying

Card payments are handled by Square on Square’s own secure checkout page. No card details are ever entered on, stored on, or seen by this website. Paying at the counter is equally welcome, on any item, at any price.

Berryville sales tax of 8.5% applies and is added at checkout or at the counter. The rate is locked in when you reserve, so a later rate change can’t alter your total.

If something goes wrong on our end

Occasionally a piece sells on the shop floor at the same moment somebody reserves it online. If that happens after you’ve already paid, we will call you, explain, and refund you in full through Square. A refund is always handled by a person here — we will never move your money automatically without speaking to you first.

Returns

You have 24 hours to bring an item back for store credit. The 24 hours run from when you collect it. Bring the piece back to the shop with your receipt, in the condition you took it away in, and we’ll put the amount you paid on store credit.

Store credit, not a refund — the money stays with Encore for you to spend on something else. After 24 hours the sale is final.

Every piece here is one of one, so please look carefully at the photos, the condition note and the measurements before you reserve. If you want a closer look at anything, call us — we’re happy to take an extra photo for you.

Fair use

We reserve the right to cancel a reservation and decline future ones if the system is being used to tie up stock without any intention of collecting it. In practice this has never been a problem, and we’d always rather ring you than cancel on you.
